Best: The Book of Mormon Returns No doubt aware that last year’s winner is still more popular and liked than any of this year’s crop of nominees, the producers opened the telecast with a Book of Mormon production number that included a few pre-taped celebrity cameos (Ricky Martin, Matthew Broderick and Cynthia Nixon). Does this mean there are new blocks of tickets available that aren’t the cost of a year’s worth of college?
