Kaling has a bevy of famous friends, and we doubt she burned through all of them in Season 1. So let’s keep rolling out the welcome mat for them, because Seth Rogen and B.J. Novak’s visits certainly brightened this show up.

4. A Funny Woman Doesn’t Equal A Funny Show
We adore Mindy Kaling, but The Mindy Project has not lived up to our expectations. With Tuesday night overcrowded with tremendously funny shows (chiefly New Girl and Happy Endings), this one regularly falls flat.
