Why He Belongs on Asylum: Because his storyline is clearly taking place entirely in his imagination now, right? That’s the only possible explanation for how he managed to land a gig at Vogue.com based solely on the fact that he snapped pictures of himself wearing the latest fashions and posted them online, not to mention the way his father supposedly got himself elected to Congress even though he never appears to actually go to Washington to vote on any legislation. When your fantasies become so vivid that you start to believe they’re real, it’s time to seek professional help.
What we didn’t see, but what really happened right before this interview, was Isobel asking her assistant, “Why the hell am I interviewing this hick from Ohio who just graduated from high school and didn’t even have the sense to apply to more than one college?” To which her assistant responded, “His father is Burt Hummel, that mechanic who was elected to Congress in that insane special election last year.
