Keir Gilchrist: When we talk about pioneering gay and queer characters on TV, it’s an oversight to forget about Marshall Gregson, a kid we saw explore his sexuality and make the difficult decision to be out in high school, and yet Gilchrist hasn’t gotten very much work since 2011. He’ll be on an upcoming episode of Adult Swim’s Newsreaders, so maybe his TV sister is hooking him up with her new friends (or enough people finally got around to seeing It’s Kind of a Funny Story).
